Where is the Klerksdorp Stingrays?

Stingrays offer all year round coaching - 50m outdoor pool at Klerksdorp with club house and locker facilities is used for training during summer months. Swimmers move indoors for 4 months during winter, when a 25m heated indoor swimming pool at the “Fitness Zone” (previously Health and Racquet) gymnasium is used for training.

 

Who is the Klerksdorp Stingrays?

We are also responsible for the management and maintenance of the Klerksdorp municipal pool. The Klerksdorp pool is used to host various Inter-provincial meets, and many of the North West Regions’ Age Group and Provincial Galas.

Training sessions depend on individual swimmer proficiency,  and 3 to 4 separate groups of swimmers are trained on a daily basis, from Monday through to Saturday.
